How payment works
- You load prepaid credit by card (Stripe). The minimum top-up is €10.00; any amount above the letter price stays as credit for your next letters.
- Paying a single letter with less than €10.00 is possible for a €0.50 processing fee.
- Accounts can use EUR, USD, GBP or CHF. Non-EUR prices use the ECB rate plus a 12% currency margin.
- Cards issued outside the EEA (e.g. US American Express) and UK cards have a surcharge, always shown before you pay. EEA consumer cards are never surcharged.
