In short: This page tells you who operates Print and Mail Company, how to contact us and how to report illegal content. Print and Mail Company is an independent online service: we print letters in Luxembourg and hand them to POST Luxembourg for delivery, but we are not part of POST Luxembourg. The rules for using our service are in our General Terms and Conditions.

2. Contact

3. Responsible for content

The management of LeFaLux vGmbH, at the address above, is responsible for the content of this website.

4. Hosting and infrastructure

  • Website and application: hosted by Vercel Inc. in its EU region (Frankfurt, Germany).
  • Database: Neon, hosted in the EU.
  • File storage: Cloudflare R2, EU jurisdiction.

More information about the providers we work with, for example Stripe for payments and Resend for emails, is in our Privacy Policy.

5. Not affiliated with POST Luxembourg

Print and Mail Company is an independent service operated by LeFaLux vGmbH. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of POST Luxembourg. We are a customer of POST Luxembourg and hand our letters to it for delivery. Please send any questions about our service to us, not to POST Luxembourg.

6. Reporting illegal content (Digital Services Act)

Single point of contact. Under the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), our single point of contact for the authorities of the EU Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Article 11) and for the users of our service (Article 12) is support@printandmailcompany.com. You can write to us in English, French or German.

How to report. If you believe that content handled through our service is illegal, for example a letter you received that was sent through Print and Mail Company, email us at support@printandmailcompany.com with the subject "Abuse report" and include:

  • the reasons why you believe the content is illegal, as precisely as possible;
  • information that allows us to identify the letter, for example the date you received it, the sender named in it, the address it was sent to and the short reference code printed near the bottom-left corner of the envelope (a photo or scan of the envelope and the letter helps, if you are willing to share it);
  • your name and email address, unless your report concerns the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of children, in which case you may report anonymously; and
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the information in your report is accurate and complete.

What happens next. If you gave us an email address, we confirm that we have received your report. A member of our team, not an automated system, reviews it diligently, objectively and promptly. We tell you what we have decided and how you can challenge the decision, and we inform the customer concerned of our decision and the reasons for it, unless the law prevents us from doing so. If content is illegal or breaches our Acceptable Use Policy or our General Terms and Conditions, we may stop letters that have not yet been posted, delete content and suspend or close the account. Letters are often posted on the day they are ordered; once a letter has been handed to POST Luxembourg, we can no longer stop it. More details are in Section 9 of our Acceptable Use Policy.

Who sent a letter. We protect our customers' data. We only disclose who sent a letter where the law requires us to, for example at the request of a court or a competent authority.

Emergencies. If someone's life or safety is in immediate danger, contact the police first (emergency number 112 in the EU).

7. Links to other websites

Our website contains links to websites operated by others. We have no control over their content and are not responsible for it. When we add a link, we check the linked page for obviously illegal content. If we become aware that a linked page contains illegal content, we remove the link.

8. Copyright and trademarks

The content of this website, including texts, graphics, logos, design and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and belongs to us or to our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use and share links to them. Any other use, in particular copying, modifying or republishing our content, requires our prior written permission, except where the law allows it.

The name Print and Mail Company and our logo identify our service. Please do not use them in a way that suggests a connection with us or our endorsement without our permission.

Names of other companies and products, such as POST Luxembourg, Stripe, Google and the AI assistants that can connect to our service, may be trademarks of their owners. We use them only to describe our service; this does not mean that their owners are affiliated with us or endorse us.

Content that you upload remains yours (see Section 5 of our General Terms and Conditions).

9. Consumer disputes

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@printandmailcompany.com. Consumers can also turn to the Luxembourg consumer mediation service, the Service national du Médiateur de la consommation (www.mediateurconsommation.lu); we are willing to take part in proceedings before it. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued in 2025. For details, see Section 27 of our General Terms and Conditions.
